Xerox Recognized its Best Exclusive Distributors in the Region during the Annual Kick-Off

MIAMI, Fl, January 23rd, 2014– Xerox celebrated its annual Kick-Off, with the participation of its exclusive distributors’ representatives in Central America, the Caribbean, Bermuda and South America. The event was held from January 22nd to January 24th in Cancun, Mexico.

Within the framework of this Kick-Off, the company gave out special recognitions to the best distributors in the region during 2013. They received awards for their annual performance in different categories and for outstanding business achievements that drove Xerox’s direction and strategy in the region.

Xerobol, from Bolivia, stood out among the distributors who received awards. Bolivia obtained two prizes: the main award as Distributor of the Year, for its operational excellence, its organizational structure, its investment in the business and its participation in training and workshops. It also received the award for Excellence in Graphic Communications.

Corporacion XDV, from Venezuela was awarded for having closed the biggest deal in new sources of revenue. In turn, Productive Business Solutions (PBS) – Xerox’s distributor in several Caribbean countries and throughout Central America – received awards for another consecutive year. This time, it stood out especially in Barbados for its performance in the office business division. Also, XEOS, the Haiti distributor, was given the prize for Excellence in Supplies.

Fernando García Cantón, General Manager, Xerox Distributor Group (XDG), attended the ceremony and said: “We congratulate our regional partners for their performance in 2013, which was essential to promote and strengthen Xerox’s business in the region offering the best services to our clients, helping them simplify their work and focus on their businesses, working more efficiently.”
