This first industry event for 2015 kicks off a series of educational forums that will expose the Barbadian client base to the functions and everyday benefits of XPPS in their business environment.
The goal of the program is to enable businesses to simplify the way they work by addressing four key business challenges, including cost management and control, security and compliance, productivity and availability and environmental sustainability. In addition, XPPS will offer knowledge and information on how to improve workflow and business process automation.
“We are delighted to be the first company to be accredited to provide the Xerox Partner Print Services solution in the Caribbean and we are eager to provide the latest insights on how we can securely improve any business work environment through optimization and automation of their printing processes,” said PBS Group Barbados general manager, Elvin Nash.
How Does XPPS Work
Xerox Partner Print Services takes a flexible and comprehensive approach to deliver measured and sustainable results year after year, supporting a customer’s current and future office printer fleet business objectives. Organizations can start with the management of their current multivendor office printer fleet, or they may choose to immediately optimize their print infrastructure to accelerate all of the benefits of a managed print service. Businesses can choose the approach that best matches the needs of your organization.
“When you add it all up, the Xerox Partner Print Services offering creates a measureable, secure print environment, which also reduces cost and increases business and staff productivity” mentioned Martin Sharpe, MPS Business Manager for Xerox Distributor Group. “XPPS also empowers organizations to access how their printers measure up from an environmental sustainability perspective. “We are committed to continuously providing our clients with capabilities that will help reduce costs, streamline operational processes and grow revenue while clearing the way for them to focus on what they do best,” added Sharpe.
As the workplace continues to change from flexible work schedules to bringing devices to the workplace, Xerox is positioned to securely manage print services at any location. According to Quocirca, “Xerox has a mature and proven globally consistent MPS offering, which extends beyond print infrastructure.”
