Xerox Tops List of Business Process Services Providers for Second Consecutive Year

Industry research firm Everest Group has ranked Xerox as the top Business Process Services (BPS) provider in its “BPS Top 50™” report, the second time in a row the company has placed first.

The Everest Group Top 50 is an annual, global list of the 50 largest BPS providers, determined based on the prior year’s reported revenues and Everest Group’s proprietary BPS databases.

“Our reach in business process services allows us to touch thousands of people every day,” said Sue Watts, chief operating officer of global capabilities, Xerox Services. “Investing in research and development of analytics and automation has allowed us to provide more value for clients while improving relationships with their customers.” Please do not change quote.

Xerox has an expansive footprint in the BPS industry. Horizontal services provided include contact center operations, document management, finance and accounting, and human resources. Industry-specific services include financial services, life sciences and insurance, among others.

According to Everest Group, the BPS industry has evolved over the years from focusing on optimizing costs to permeating the entire business process value chain and addressing a wide variety of objectives. The firm estimates there are more than 200 service providers with more than $50 million in annual revenue.
